Jessica Sutton has joined us as Assistant Planner. She joins from Manchester University and has worked previously for Vail Williams and GVA. Her talents include Green Infrastructure and planning policy.
Conference Postponed - 2012 Watch This Space!!
The conference has been postponed until June to allow a number of events to take place including the Rio update and the publication of the National Planning Policy Framework.The programme will remain similar and consider new environment and community policy implementation, opportunities and challenges. Sustainable development, neighbourhood development plans, climate change, economic constraints, and the multi-functions and benefits of nature through green infrastructure are all issues requiring attention from planners. This is a superb opportunity for planning professionals from across the NW to come together, share and debate new and innovative ideas towards effective partnerships, pooled resources and improved communication.
